Double je
Le photographe et réalisateur Ali Mahdavi a immortalisé le désormais célèbre mannequin androgyne Andrej Pejic. Les photos ont été exposées au W Paris sous le titre « Double Je », sans doute pour souligner l’ambiguïté entre le féminin et le masculin qui se dégageait déjà de l’œuvre de Bruno Ilogti, qui avait filmé Andrej Pejic.
Photographer and director Ali Mahdavi immortalized the now-famous androgynous model Andrej Pejic. The photos were exhibited at the W Paris under the title “Double Je” (Double Identity), undoubtedly to emphasize the ambiguity between feminine and masculine that already emerged in the work of Bruno Ilogti, who had filmed Andrej Pejic.
